1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Rajlaxmi Clothing (the “Store”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Store under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place orders.

3) Products & Pricing

  • We try to display product colors, details, and availability accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or hand-crafted processes.
  • Prices are in INR and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price for the order (exclusive of shipping/handling or taxes, if applicable).
  • Errors in pricing/availability may be corrected and orders affected may be cancelled or updated after we notify you.

4) Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or deliver the goods.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock limits, payment issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
  • Please review size, color, quantity, and address carefully before confirming.

5) Payments

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (and Cash on Delivery where offered). You authorize us to charge the full order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
  • For COD orders, exact cash may be required upon delivery. Repeated COD refusals may lead to account/order restrictions.

6) Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary by location.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If a package shows delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier and us promptly.
  • Please inspect your order at delivery and report transit damage within 48 hours.

7) Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible products may be exchanged/returned within the stated window if unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags/packaging.
  • For hygiene/special categories (e.g., embellished occasion wear, custom alterations), returns may be restricted.
  • To initiate a request, call/WhatsApp 86987 33095. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method after quality checks; shipping/handling charges are typically non-refundable.

8) Size & Alterations

Size charts are indicative. Minor measurement variations may occur. Custom alterations (if offered) are final sale unless defective.

9) Offers, Gift Cards & Credits

  • Promotions, coupons, and credits are single-use, non-transferable, and may carry category or date restrictions.
  • Only one promotional code can usually be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

10) User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

11) Reviews & Content

  • By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
  • Do not post unlawful, obscene, infringing, or misleading content.

12) Intellectual Property

All Store content (including images, text, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Rajlaxmi Clothing and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or use content without our permission.

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, scraping data, or engaging in fraudulent purchases/chargebacks.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rajlaxmi Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rajlaxmi Clothing and its personnel harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

20) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, epidemics, governmental actions, or network outages).
